Cancel my subscription
Settings → Billing → Cancel. Takes effect at the end of the current period.
Delete my account / data
Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Permanent, no soft-delete.
Bot didn't apply to a job
Check Applications → status. The bot logs why each one failed (captcha, ATS quirk, missing answer).
Refund a recent charge
Email us within 7 days of the charge — we'll review case by case. After that, see Terms for the cancellation policy.

We don't take support calls — email keeps us honest about response time and gives you a paper trail.
