What this is

LoveYourNextJob provides AI-assisted job-search tooling: role recommendations, resume tailoring, automated job applications, and notifications about employer responses. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — particularly your resume, education, and screener answers. Our auto-apply bot fills application forms based on what you provide; if that information is false, you bear the consequences with the employer. The bot will not fabricate credentials, experience, dates, or accomplishments you haven't entered, but it can't verify what you have entered.

What the bot does on your behalf

When you click Auto-Apply, our bot navigates the employer's application page and submits an application using the information on your account. You authorize us to:

• Fill the employer's ATS form with your stored profile, resume, and cover letter.
• Submit the application using your provided email (with the routing alias you configured).
• Receive employer correspondence forwarded through that alias and classify it for status updates.
• Send follow-up emails on your behalf, only if you've explicitly enabled that feature.

The bot will not apply to a job you haven't selected. The bot will not submit if you have Auto-Submit Enabled turned off.

Billing

We charge $14.99 USD per month after a 3-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period (no pro- rating). Stripe handles all card processing — we never see your card number. Failed payments after the trial suspend bot features but keep your account viewable until you settle the balance.

What we don't do

• Guarantee an interview, offer, or hire — we're a tool, not a placement service.
• Apply to jobs you didn't select.
• Sell, trade, or share your information for advertising purposes.
• Train AI models on your resume content.
• Pay for captcha solves beyond your monthly cap (configurable in Settings).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit applications to jobs you don't actually want, in volumes that constitute spam to recruiters.
• Use the bot to fabricate experience or credentials.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disable our anti-abuse features.
• Violate any employer's posted application terms.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Danger Zone. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable. On termination, all your data is permanently removed (Stripe holds payment records independently per its own retention policy).

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We don't warrant that every application will reach every employer successfully — ATS systems vary, captchas evolve, and some employers use anti-bot measures we can't (and won't) bypass. We'll do our best, surface failures honestly, and let you retry manually when the bot bails.
